Altered Art Bingo Cards

I was fortunate, a few years ago, to be given a supply of very old bingo cards to use in my altered art projects.  They had a wonderful patina to them that only old stuff has and made a great base for doing some funky art on top of.

Stamped images, vintage images, assorted doodads and all kinds of recycled and repurposed materials were used in these pieces.

Joanna, old games are a wonderful source of great things to use on projects! It's one of my favorite things to check out at the thrift store when I'm on a hunt to what is tucked away in those old boxes of games!f

Your Bingo cards are great. Thanks also for bringing to mind my grandmother who loved to play bingo.

Thanks for the lovely comments ladies. Kristie, you are so right about using game pieces for art. In a post a little down the road I will share another project where I used cards from my old "Funny Bones" game from the 1960s. I also have a piece I'll share with you made with a piece of an old checkerboard.

Boo, how nice to have these little creations remind you of your grandmother! That is wonderful!
